How is "P. Diddy" connected to the San Diego/Mexico border?

October 15, 2024 | Three months ago, my friend Cory Gautereaux sent me a screenshot he had taken of one of the many U.S./Mexico border properties where people are crossing into our country illegally. Taken from a hunting app, OnX, it showed who owns the property: Dior Sunset Foundation out of Long Beach, California.
I’ve been following the numbers showing the continual rise in illegal crossings through our San Diego border and the crazy jump in funding - since 2021 - given to our local NGOs assisting these migrants. I’ve even gone to the airport to film San Diego Rapid Response escort illegal immigrants through San Diego International Airport with red folders and no IDs in sight, so I knew this would be something important to look into.
When Cory sent me the name of this foundation, I immediately started investigating them. My first question was: what interest would an organization working with inner city kids—2.5 hours away—have in a property at our southern border?
Then I ran across a local San Diego news segment from a year ago where they reported “Father buys 13-year-old son 40 acres of land for his birthday.” That father was Faheem Muhammad. I could not connect him to Dior Sunset Foundation so I began looking into the tax records and purchase history for the property. I found that San Diego County records show Dior Sunset as the owner of parcel # 659-150-05-00 and 659-150-03-00 (the property consists of 2 parcels), but local San Diego media told us another story. Was it because P. Diddy shared that his colleague Faheem “bought” the parcel?
So what connects P. Diddy to our southern border? Well, it’s Faheem Muhammad. Faheem is named in the Rodney Jones’ lawsuit as P. Diddy’s head of security who “had the power to make people and problems disappear.” Diddy’s staff was instructed to always contact Faheem if they were ever pulled over by the police in Miami or California.
There are multiple videos that Faheem willingly includes himself in while on this particular border parcel. I probably would not have been so suspicious had I seen his name included on the purchase history, yet it’s nowhere to be found. The sale is linked to Dior Sunset Foundation. More on them in a moment.
From a few years ago in the clip above, we see Michael Amir, Faheem, someone from Dior Sunset Foundation, and a number of kids, all gathered on the border property for a day of recreation.
Faheem Muhammad + Michael Jackson
The more answers I found while researching, the more questions they produced. This is where the story exploded for me and started to break off into multiple directions that needs more than just Cory or myself looking into it.
A few months ago, journalist Ian Carroll made a super informative video connecting Faheem to a tragic event from our past: the death of Michael Jackson. Be sure to watch it so you can follow along with the depths of this story.
As I began to look more into Faheem, another name kept appearing: Michael Amir Williams. Wherever Faheem goes, there is Michael Amir. They both worked the same roles for Michael Jackson and P. Diddy: Faheem was head of security and Michael Amir was the personal assistant to Jackson and Diddy. Apparently Michael Amir was hired to organize MJ’s library but later went on to sue his estate for $7.5 million after MJ’s death.
Both Faheem and Michael Amir gave personal testimony in court regarding the details surrounding Michael Jackson’s death…because they were there—Faheem in person and Michael Amir over the phone.
I found a great 2003 article from the New York Times detailing how a group of people (including P. Diddy’s former lawyer Mark Geragos) came in and seemed to take over Michael Jackson’s life in his final days. Included in this group were individuals from The Nation of Islam—including Faheem and Michael Amir. A similar thing was also done to vocal sensation Whitney Houston.
The Many Business Entities
Self-described as “childhood friends” and business partners for nearly twenty years, Faheem and Michael Amir share that their parents have been friends since the 1960s. “We were raised by revolutionaries,” Faheem says in a podcast interview called Making The Boss, hosted on P.Diddy’s network REVOLT.
The two started Oasis Investment Partners LLC together, an investing company that purchases and renovates properties in Los Angeles, CA and Chicago, IL. They also own Oasis Capital Investment Group and a heap of other businesses in Los Angeles, Illinois and possibly Miami. I am confident I have not found all of their businesses at the time of writing this article.
Below are the multiple entities under Faheem’s name in California. ELITE TRANSPORTATION & SECURITY SERVICES, LLC is the company Faheem contracted with Sean Diddy Combs.
Here are the registered business entities for Faheem Muhammad in the state of Illinois:
Oasis Real Estate Investments 1, LLC is registered as a FOREIGN LLC in Illinois and Delaware and was revoked July 2023. IRS #873786314840:
If you are helping to dig into this story, as Cory and I have asked for help, you’ll notice that there are multiple businesses listed at the same address. It helps to reverse search using phone numbers and addresses to find overlaps. This goes for other names you’ll find associated with each business. Those will take you to other overlapping operations that associate with Faheem and Michael Amir, and even Mecca Williams (more on who Mecca is, below).
The Nation of Islam
In 2017, the two friends started NFA Productions, LLC which is a streaming service for Nation of Islam content. NFA stands for “Never Fall Again” which is a reference to the kingdom the Nation of Islam is building within the United States. Yes, you read that correctly: they are building their nation within the already-established United States of America and this time their goal is for it to never fall again. Michael Amir can be heard on his own studio’s YouTube videos saying:
“Where are we going? We’re building a nation, a separation. With that foundation and love, we build a world. A nation that will never fall again. The messenger knew it would get to this point. Where love was in our hearts. Thanks to the minister, we’re here, now. It’s now time to build. So we go back to the messenger’s blueprint. We’re ready to start building right where the most honorable Elijah Muhammad started building. And where was that? Chicago. So where are we going? We’re going to Chicago.”
There’s a whole other story within all of this.
The Nation of Islam is a religion that worships Fard Muhammad (who they believe is Allah, or God incarnate) and his “prophet,”—their Messiah—Elijah Muhammad (born “Elijah Poole,” originally from Georgia, he is no longer alive).
Nation of Islam members are black separatists that believe the white race is evil and was created by a mad scientist named Yakub and that a “Universal Government of Peace” will be established to eradicate the burden of corruption, injustice, inequality, and misrule on the planet.” And from what I have gathered, it is for black Americans only and is established exclusively in the United States.
In 1932, Elijah Muhammad established Temple Number 2 in Chicago, making it the headquarters of the Nation of Islam religion. Ten years later, in 1942, his home was raided by the FBI and Elijah was arrested for refusing to register for the WWII draft. He was put in prison for the next four years for also telling his followers not to register for the draft nor serve in the armed forces. The Chicago office 1954 FBI file identifies him as the National leader of the Muslim Cult of Islam. You can read his file here.
April 12, 1955: also in his file is a note that reads: “Inasmuch as subject is a key figure of the Chicago Division and continues to be the leader of the Muslim Cult of Islam and continues to prophesy future destruction of the United States and foster hatred of the white race, it is the recommendation of the Chicago office that he be retained on the Security Index.
The protege of Elijah Muhammad was the “Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan” who has since been the Nation of Islam’s leader for decades. I go further into the Nation of Islam on my X thread but for the sake of time, just understand that Faheem Muhammad and Michael Amir Williams are openly associated with the current Nation of Islam, its teachings, and have direct connections to Chicago, where they are actively contributing to building their nation. Who else has connections to Chicago? P. Diddy.
Chicago is also where we are seeing American citizens forgotten and a local government give billions of U.S. taxpayer’s money to illegal immigrants in the form of food, medical care, room and board, and other provisions.

Also in Chicago: The Photo That Never Saw The Light of Day: Obama With Farrakhan In 2005
January 2018 | “A journalist announced last week that he will publish a photograph of then-Illinois Sen. Barack Obama (D) and Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan that he took in 2005 at a Congressional Black Caucus meeting, but did not make public because he believed it would have “made a difference” to Obama’s political future.
The photographer, Askia Muhammad, told the Trice Edney News Wire that he “gave the picture up at the time and basically swore secrecy.”
“But after the nomination was secured and all the way up until the inauguration; then for eight years after he was President, it was kept under cover,” Muhammad said. Asked whether he thought the photo’s release would have affected Obama’s presidential campaign, Muhammad said, “I insist. It absolutely would have made a difference.” Muhammad said he thought the photograph would be “damaging politically” if it were released and was afraid that someone might “break into his apartment” looking for it, like “that Watergate crap.” He said he “felt a little bit more at ease” after Farrakhan in 2016 claimed that Obama visited his home in Chicago.
The Nation of Islam + the Music Industry
As our investigation continued, we saw a common thread through the hip hop industry: many musicians have associations with the Nation of Islam members and have met with Minister Louis Farrakhan. I’m still not sure what these meetings mean for this community, what they entail, or what happens if you do-or do not-attend.
Rapper 50 cent vaguely spoke about not meeting with Minister Farrakhan involving his beef with Ja Rule years ago, and the effect that had on his reputation, especially with the youth.
Looking back on rivalries and murders within these groups: we also see this common thread, which I never noticed before:
May 2021 | “For 24 years, the identity of who exactly clipped the fast-rising rap star has been cloaked in mystery — but that may be changing. A retired FBI agent now claims the rotund rapper [Notorious B.I.G.] was “executed by a Nation of Islam hitman hired by Suge Knight — and LA cops covered up the crime.”
“Carson said the suspected cover-up “was the biggest miscarriage of justice in my 20-year career at the FBI. I had evidence that LAPD officers were involved and I was shut down by the LAPD and city attorneys inside Los Angeles.” Notorious B.I.G. was 24 when he was murdered and would have turned 49 last week.”
“In response to the threat, Death Row posted security guards outside Shakur's hospital room, as did the Nation of Islam.” “In his 2019 memoir, "Compton Street Legend," Davis wrote that he provided the murder weapon and reiterated a previous claim that the hit on Shakur was ordered by Sean "Diddy" Combs. In 2008, a Los Angeles Times report linked Combs to Shakur's death. At the time, Combs vigorously denied any connection to the murder, calling it "ridiculous" and "completely false."
March 2014 “Aidi says he researched the way that jazz, R&B and other American styles have extended beyond the country's borders, and found that the richest cross-fertilization between American music and Islam is found in hip-hop — beginning in the early 1970s with hip-hop pioneer Afrika Bambaata his cultural awareness group the Zulu Nation. They emerge in 1973. They form the Zulu Nation to combat street violence. And they begin to draw on Nation of Islam teachings and the texts that Muslims believe," he says.
"And then in the early '80s, you begin to get references to Malcolm X, and eventually these references make their way into some hip hop classics — the works of Rakim and Public Enemy and so on. That connection, Aidi says, would in part facilitate the eventual use of hip hop as a diplomatic tool, with the U.S. state department sending hip-hop envoys to Muslim countries around the world. Sean “P. Diddy Combs” + The Nation of Islam
“Rapper and entrepreneur Sean “Diddy” Combs tweeted support on Friday for notorious antisemite Louis Farrakhan by promoting the Nation of Islam leader’s Fourth of July address that aired Saturday on Revolt TV, a cable channel founded by Combs.”
Below is a video that P. Diddy shared on his Instagram promoting the July 4th, 2020 message by Minister Farrakhan on Diddy’s REVOLT network.
The Nation of Islam is a labyrinth of individuals with a strongly-held belief system. Not just about God but about our nation. Listen closely to the words of Minister Louis Farrakhan and his thoughts about America, who he says was “doomed from its inception…why do you want to get into something that is coming to an end?”
“We are living in the time of the unravelling of this great nation.” These words, all promoted by Diddy, during the height of chaos and trauma for our country.
Mecca Williams, Sister to Michael Amir
Meet Mecca Williams, sister to Michael Amir Williams, a member of the Nation of Islam, a former employee of “The Michael Jackson Company,” an attendee to P. Diddy’s 50th birthday party and others, and a CEO to one of Faheem Muhammad and Michael Amir’s businesses: NFA Productions, LLC.
Along with Michael Amir and Faheem, Mecca also worked for P. Diddy. She said she was on the “family management,” side of things for “Mr. Combs” traveling the world with him, as well as having multiple contracts with his network REVOLT. Mecca says she worked with his family exclusively for a number of years before launching her company 5 Oceans Booking, also known as 5 Oceans Celebrity Booking Agency.
She also shares on her Instagram “one of Michael Jackson’s last video/ interviews with Ebony Magazine and my Brother Michael Amir.” Some of Mecca’s personal registered business addresses also share those of Faheem Muhammad’s.
Below is a video she posted of herself at P. Diddy’s 50th birthday party back in December of 2019, along with an exclusive highlight video she reshared of the extravagant night.
Here is Mecca Williams at P. Diddy’s New Year’s Eve party bringing in 2022 on Star Island. I’m assuming this is at Diddy’s mansion that he recently sold in Florida (1 Star Drive)…which is on an island located next to a sea port/South Florida Container Terminal.
Below is a video of Mecca she shared of herself dancing with P. Diddy at a party in the Turks and Caicos Islands. It appears to also have someone resembling Cuba Gooding, Jr. in the shot.
Mecca also connects herself historically to Michael Jackson, even mentioning his death in the following post with a caption that reads:
Today marks the 11th year of the great MJ passing May he FOREVER Rest in Peace! My family and I worked very closely with MJ! He will FOREVER be the King of Pop and we will FOREVER LOVE MICHAEL JACKSON!! May Allah be pleased 🖤.

This is significant because here we learn it was Minister Louis Farrakhan that introduced Michael Amir and Mecca Williams, (and I’m assuming Faheem Muhammad), to the late Michael Jackson.
Listen closely and you can hear Michael Jackson say “This is the second time we’ve worked together.” When was the first?
Mecca also shares a number of videos linking herself to Michael Amir and Faheem Muhammad’s other business venture Oasis Build. This is the company they started in CA, which also does business in Chicago.

Freemasons
Another strange aspect of this investigation was finding that the San Diego border property, owned by Dior Sunset Foundation, has a tax address attached to Sunset Masonic Lodge #26 in Long Beach: 516 W Esther St, Long Beach, CA 90813. They are from the order of Prince Hall Free and Accepted Masons (you can read about the history here). So this organization that works with inner-city kids is associated with a masonic lodge 2.5 hours away from the border property they own.
The property consists of two parcels (APN 659-150-05-00 and 659-150-03-00). The address listed on the other parcel is on Dalton Ave in Los Angeles. Cory was in the area attending a conference and chose to stop by this particular address on his way home. To the person he spoke to, he offered to clean up the trash that had accumulated on the border property. Whoever answered the door did not accept the offer. Watch a video of the interaction here.

Freemason Police
Separate to our investigation, but relevant to the subject, is the 2015 strange case of an aide to California Attorney General Kamala Harris that was one of three people arrested for operating a fictitious police department. Santa Clarita residents Brandon Kiel, David Henry and Tonette Hayes were taken into custody last on suspicion of impersonating police officers through their roles in the Masonic Fraternal Police Department (MFPD), which shows this is a real thing.
For educational purposes, you can view this clip of ex-master Mason, Victor Ramos, revealing his involvement with the freemasons, which are highly secretive. Just like with any group, this does not mean that all are like this, but is the case for some.

August 2015 | The Double Mission of Moses and the Masonic Secrets
“The Subject of Freemasonry is an intriguing study, particularly from the perspective of the Divine Teachings of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. It is clear that in many of the Masonic secret rituals, they have lost some of its inner meanings; however, through an examination of the “Supreme Wisdom Teachings,” we have been able to look more deeply into some of its mystifying symbols and language. We have traced back to the time of Prophet Muhammad (May the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), over 1400 years ago, to the early formation of guilds and stone mason fraternities that developed in the Middle Ages following the Crusades and Europe’s exposure to the Muslims who were present in the Holy Land (Jerusalem) since the time of the Khalif Omar or Umar in the latter seventh century A.D. Still earlier sources of Masonic symbolism can be traced to Biblical origins, to Moses, and Egypt also being in the center of this fascinating history.
In the month of October, 1972, during the Theology of Time Lectures, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad spoke once again on the subject of masons and referred to a particular Masonic prison guard who was a 33rd degree Muslim Shriner and his comments about the Holy Qur’an. The Honorable Elijah Muhammad told him that he was denied access to reading the Qur’an and was only permitted to read the Bible while serving his prison term. The prison guard told him that he, himself, had a Holy Qur’an and reported this unfair treatment to his lieutenant. He further stated that this was against the laws guaranteeing freedom of religion or worship. The Honorable Elijah Muhammad further stated that this was pretty bad that a man who would be locked up for teaching the Truth of his religion and be denied access to reading his own Holy Book. He said that most all intelligent White people have a Holy Qur’an in their home. In many of the Masonic lodges, both Bible and Holy Qur’an, can be exhibited or displayed in their meeting houses. Upon entering the 33rd degree of masonry, one becomes a Shriner and learns the Proper Name of God as Allah. They begin their study of the Holy Qur’an and Prophet Muhammad’s history. Is this what some of the Crusaders learned when they claimed they were fighting against the “Infidels,” Muslims, as they are doing today?
When the Honorable Elijah Muhammad was running up and down the East Coast of the United States from his enemies beginning in 1935, he was also setting up meeting places in the homes of our people teaching Islam. He mentions that while in New Jersey, some ofour Moorish Brothers heard him speaking and invited him to come to their Moorish Temple to teach them more of that ancient Egyptian wisdom, which he did. During this same period of seven years, running up and down the East Coast, he was assigned by Master W. Fard Muhammad, prior to his departure, to read a certain number of books, 104, in the Congressional Library in Washington, D.C. He stated that the majority of these books were dealing with Muhammad’s history, while he also read material on Masonry.”

History of the San Diego Border Parcel
When trying to understand who actually owns the San Diego border property on Jewel Valley Rd, in Boulevard, CA 91905, I ran across a curious history of the last twenty years of owners. I began to look into each owner and was suprised by all that I found. I’ll share a high level overview because more research is needed on the former owners.
Below is the transaction history on the property. Before Dior Sunset Foundation purchased the land in 2020 (at a bargain basement price), it was owned by Michael P. Mulligan and Timothy R. Mulligan. And prior to that, it exchanged hands between many trusts of the Burni Family.
When I began looking into these names, I was fascinated to learn more about Ralph Burni’s real estate legacy in San Diego. And that the Mulligans and Burnis had offices less than a mile apart near Montgomery Field Airport, which is in the middle of San Diego County. Interesting.
Ralph Burni, pictured below, was a man that migrated to the U.S. from Amman, Jordan in 1945, and established many businesses within San Diego county. After the death of his son, Dean, many of the family operations were entrusted to his daughter-in-law Luz (Lucy) Burni.
The Burni family owned this same border property for over 12 years. Within this time frame, they operated a number of businesses out of the Four Points Sheraton on 8110 Aero Dr, San Diego, CA 92123. Also overlapping this timeframe, The Ralph Burni Trust was awarded a total of $176,504 in 9 defense contracts from 2003 to 2012 under “hotels and motels.”
I believe The Sheraton Four Points, 8110 Aero Drive, San Diego, CA 92123, APN# 760-222-06-00 to be a property of interest.
The Burni family has connections to the Interaction Rescue Committee—which has a national revenue of $1.3 billion dollars. You know the IRC is the place to go if you’re in need of relocation support. That’s an odd coincidence that a family who owned an international border parcel is also involved in helping immigrants.

The Diddy Case
This part of the lawsuit against P.Diddy stands out to me:
“To commit these crimes, COMBS relied on his power as the leader of a multi-faceted business empire. Employees of COMBS' businesses—including high ranking supervisors, security staff, personal assistants, and household staff—acted as COMBS’ intermediaries to, among other things, arrange travel and hotel rooms; stock the hotel rooms for COMBS’ commercial sex activity; contact or locate women and other individuals whom he targeted for abuse; and conceal and cover up the abuse. This criminal concealment included efforts to prevent law enforcement from learning about his abuse.”
In conclusion, P. Diddy did not act alone. To what degree, we do not yet know, but deserve to since so many people were harmed and exploited by him. And our open border has been, and continues to be, a massive threat to our national security and needs to be secured immediately.

The United States was founded on the principle of religious freedom, freedom of speech, freedom for the press to accurately report the truth of the day, and the freedom to assemble in a peaceful way—even assembling to bring grievances before our government. I fully support the first amendment and its protections.
In my reporting, I mention defined groups of people, and I want to make it clear that in almost every type of sect or group, we can find a bad apple. In no way does that mean that the whole group is bad. It is usually at the higher levels of power that ANYONE can be corrupted, if they choose.

When I opened this and checked out the dealer foundation my first question was why do they need to own land near the US/Mexico border? Not much on their website except it claim to be helpers of children. The head of the place went to Howard University. That should tell you some thing, because isn’t that where Kamala Harris went to school? I’m not sure what it tells me, but there are no Cowinkydinkys. OK I’m going to finish reading now.
